This unit introduces the concept of character, and helps pupils identify and develop their character strengths to improve their wellbeing. The main character strengths, which have an impact on academic and social performance: Perseverance, Self-Control (Patience), Autonomy, Positivity, Gratitude, Enthusiasm, Empathy, Fairness, and Loyalty.
