This unit intends to promote bonding inside the classroom enabling optimum learning. It helps pupils understand the importance of creating a caring community full of unique individuals and active learners. It helps them understand that conflict allows team members to build trust, improve communication and challenge ineffective processes to create a team that is more productive and more effective.
